The Institute for Child Health Policy (ICHP) at the University of Florida, which is the External Quality Review Organization (EQRO) for Texas Medicaid managed care, conducts these interviews for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) as part of the quality monitoring and assessment program for the Medicaid Managed Care and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) in Texas.
